Siren – The Grateful Eight DIPA

A soft, juicy and suitably punchy Anniversary DIPA devised by our amazing community. We asked everyone to vote among beer styles, takes on each style and even hops or adjuncts. This 8% DIPA was the standout winner, with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic all very popular hops. They lead the charge with beautifully layered tropical fruit notes and a touch of pine. There’s also some Sabro offering pineapple high notes and delicate stone fruits and melon of Strata. The beer feels like a great representation of a hoppy Siren beer, with that signature peach from our Vermont yeast and enough bitterness to let you know it’s an IPA. All brought together with a creamy oat-laden soft, smooth body.
