Track | Badland – Drifter DIPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

We met Troy from Badlands at Hop City last year and were super impressed with their beers, brewed on their farm in Caledon, Ontario since 2017. For our second collab (after Spiral from our FORMS Birthday Series), we’ve partnered up a couple of exciting hop products to really elevate this DIPA.

Three forms of Citra have been used, including Cryo Fresh, derived from the concentrated lupulin of fresh whole-cone hops, to deliver a bolder, fresher citrus character. We used Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Oil, also extracted from hops on harvest day, and it delivers a well-rounded Nelson expression full of all the wine notes and dankness you could ask for. Both are supported by Nectaron and Riwaka, who bring the juiciness with punchy pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit.
