Track – Float Over DIPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

We haven’t brewed a single hopped Mosaic DIPA for a very long time, so this beer was the perfect opportunity to showcase an old favourite. A huge citrus aroma wafts out the glass and fills the nose with candied Lemon and Orange peel. Tropical flavours of overripe Mango and sticky Tangerine meddle together in harmony, whilst underlying notes of tangy Blueberries layer over the top to create a flavour profile rich with juicy tropical and citrus fruits. This DIPA is a burst of sunshine in a can – brimming with sun-ripened fruits and juicy flavour.
