THE BREWERY SAYS:

There’s no hiding that HBC 586 is one of our favourite new hops, having used it in more than a handful of beers over the past year after talking extensively about it with our good friends at Equilibrium Brewery, before making the jump to use it in our collaboration with them; Discovery One.

However, it’s only just now making its first appearance in a Gold Top DIPA, and we couldn’t be happier – huge notes of Mango, Passionfruit, and of course….Pineapple Cubes, which HBC 586 seems to give us in spades!
