Idaho 7 in both cryo and T90 format creates a heady aroma packed full of Blackcurrant, whilst also evoking a medley of bitter Citrus fruits such as juicy Tangerine and pithy Pink Grapefruit in the flavour profile, which develops a trademark Simcoe earthy characteristic and a resinous quality on the finish, creating a balanced and refreshing Pale Ale.
