In keeping with more modern interpretations of the style, we’ve brewed an ultra-pale west coast ale with exceptional clarity, smooth, resinous bitterness and a dry, clean finish. A bumper dry hopping of Nelson Sauvin delivers a heady aroma of gooseberry, kiwi and its signature sauvignon blanc.
