Dry, refreshing and tingling with herbal bitterness; our latest west coast offering finds harmony in delivering both a strong, modern hop profile and all the touchstones of the classic style. Nectaron provides pronounced pineapple, passionfruit and peach, whilst Moteuka, Mosaic and Comet serve some serious citrus – lemonade, mandarin, grapefruit and delicate lemongrass. Bliss process Nelson Sauvin offers guava and a rich, deep dankness alongside the hop’s trademark vinous notes.
