Simcoe and Cascade (US) are paired together for this sessionable Pale ale, creating a hit of pithy Citrus loaded with bitter Ruby Grapefruit, and followed with Passionfruit and juicy Red Berry flavours. A slight bitterness on the finish balances this beer, with hints of Pine levelling out the fruity flavours perfectly.
