This double-dry hopped West Coast IPA is a fresh take on a West Coast IPA for us… With a hefty dose of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, this IPA takes on bitter, resinous and herbal notes loaded with pithy Lemon and Orange rind and Pine, balanced against a juicy back end full of Citra and Nectaron, which gives this IPA a very modern West Coast feel.
