Thornbridge need absolutely no introduction – we loved having Dom, Jobe and Liam come down to the brewery to brew this DDH West Coast IPA. It’s clean, crisp, dry, assertively bitter and bursting at the seams with hop character, combining classic C hops Cascade and Centennial with punchy NZ-grown Riwaka and Nectaron.
