Two Flints – DDH Mosaic WC IPA

The second in our single-hop series, we’ve gone all out on arguably our favourite hop at Two Flints – Mosaic. We think there’s no better beer to showcase it than a modern West Coast IPA. Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich provide the platform for Mosaic to shine. We’ve specifically selected an early harvested Mosaic that provide tonnes of stone fruit with just a little trademark dankness. A dry finish with restrained but noticeable bitterness, this is a beer we can sink pint after pint of.
