Two Flints – Dune WC Pale

THE BREWERY SAYS:

Dune is a beer we have been working on for a while. We’re big fans of the modern West Coast style IPA so we’ve used what we’ve learnt and dialled it into a bright, clear and crushable pale ale.

Fermentation with a lager yeast and paired back malt character leaves a canvas for the hops to shine. Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic in both hot side and dry hop present notes of lychee, grape and sweet pineapple. These fruit forward hops are balanced by subtle but snappy bitterness that invites you back for another sip.

We’re happy with this one.
