Made in collaboration with our wonderful friends at Clapton Craft.

A West Coast IPA built around the classic combination of Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade. A base of German Pilsner, Maris Otter and a touch of Munich creates a clean canvas for the hops to shine.

We’re getting zesty grapefruit, citrus peel and hints of pineapple followed by pine and a firm, pleasant, lingering bitterness.
