To celebrate 5 years of sour beer we brewed something extra-special – a style that put this brewery on the map. 999G/L Apricot Raspberry Birthday Cake showcases the essence of what we do at Vault City: a delicately sour mixed fermentation beer with a ridiculous fruiting rate of 999 grams per litre, the legal limit of what we can use while still calling it a beer.
