Our mixed fermentation sour has been conditioned on mountains of ripe Scottish raspberries for a bright, fruity flavour. Cinnamon and vanilla add layers of warmth and sweetness, creating a delicate balance with tart fruit and nutty almond undertones. A generous dry-hop with Citra completes the flavour profile with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit.
Hazy like a dream, with your head in raspberry clouds.
