Yonder – Flying Wonder Sea Buckthorn Saison

We love a foraged saison here at Yonder and tart fruits work beautifully with a drier Belgian style beer.

Sea Buckthorn, foraged on the South West coast in Autumn, adds a bright, citrus acidity to the classic bread-like saison base beer. The vibrant orange berries are packed with vitamin C which makes itself known via the orange-like flavours which lift this beer way beyond it’s flavour expectations.
