Northern Monk – Flake & Sauce Ice Cream Pale

It might be cold, it might be raining but the jingling call of the ice cream van just rolled round the corner and no way is the British summertime weather keeping us from a 99 flake with sauce. This is our liquid tribute coming in at 6.2%, packed with oats and wheat for a full base, with lactose and vanilla beans bringing the whippy flavour and additions of raspberry and cacao nibs to bring that complete 99 experience.
