THE BREWERY SAYS:

Formerly a straight up imperial stout with no adjuncts, this beer has been aged in ex rum barrels from Barbados for 6 months. The barrels have infused the dark chocolatey stout base with rich flavours of burnt caramel, oak, nutmeg and cinnamon.
