Having connected with Davy many times over in the US, he was finally able to make it to Manchester and brew this DIPA with an Orchestrated Minds twist. We’ve gone super heavy on oats in the grist, making it extra smooth and giving it a super luxurious mouthfeel. Citra three ways, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin exude lime zest, passionfruit, wine grape and herbal dankness.
