Zappa isn’t a hop we use very often here at Track, whilst Strata most definitely is so it’s as good an excuse as any to use a firm favourite alongside something more leftfield for us. We love the pithy pink grapefruit element Zappa brings alongside Strata’s more dank and herbaceous qualities. A bright Pale Ale to brighten up the incoming winter evenings!
