THE BREWERY SAYS:

Different Lights is a deep, chocolatey stout with a huge dose of Plum. This was then complimented with the addition of Star Anise, adding a brighter note to the fleshy, fruity base. All this was then blended with an Imperial Stout, barrel aged in a combination of fresh Bourbon and Cognac barrels for over a year.
